Customer experience is important for all companies and we have passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is new division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via Mystery Shopping and its application. The goal of GSC is to support individual IPSOS countries in Mystery Shopping project management.

The main goal of this position is to manage Mystery Shopping project´s fieldwork. The Coordinator is responsible for assigning all field visits to the Field Team Members (Mystery Shoppers) in various countries. They ensure the completion of the tasks/projects they have assigned to the Field Team Members (Mystery Shoppers). They also assist in recruiting and briefing of new Field Team Members (Mystery Shoppers), as well as updating data as required.


What we expect:

  • Completed secondary education (university degree is a benefit), preferably Marketing, Sales, Retail and Communication related courses
  • Experience in project management work is a benefit
  • The position is suitable for graduates
  • Excellent language skills – writing and speaking - Great opportunity for French, Italian, Dutch and English speakers
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Thriving in a team environment and keen to achieve personal and team goals
  • Committed and highly organized, with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Self-driven with a positive outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures
